Industrial
Industrial is a set of musical trends characterized by pronounced experimentalism and the use of provocative themes. Defined by rough and provocative sound, industrial, according to the definitions of commentators, is an example of “the most abrasive and aggressive combination of rock and ‘electronica’”, based on “the junction of avant-garde electronic experiments and punk provocations”; later, a number of new, “post-industrial” trends emerged on the basis of industrial music, characterized by mixing elements of the sound of “industrial” music with but other genres: electronic body music, electro-industrial, industrial rock and industrial metal.
