Professional musical career began in 1996 with another Moscow guitarist Ilya Kukalo in a duo "Acoustic Band". At the same time they studied in "Krasny Khimik" with S.B. Popov. Their creativity was influenced by Al Di Meola, Paco De Lucia, Joao Bosco, Bela Fleck & The Flecktones, Victor Wooten, Jethru Tull, Astor Piazzolla, The Beatles, The Doors, Don Ross, Tommy Emmanuel, Preston Reed, Tuck Andress, Lourence Juberre. In 2000 "Acoustic Band" won the Grand Prix at the All-Russian contest "Guitar - 2000". Articles in authoritative Russian music editions "In/Out" and "Music Box" were devoted to this event. In 2002 the duet took the first place at the All-Russian contest "Many Faces of Guitar" in the nomination "fusion". In the same year the first album "Pieces for two guitars" was recorded and published. After the release of the album "Acoustic Band" was honoured to perform at a series of concerts "The Best Guitarists of Russia", held at the music exhibition in Sokolniki and the Central House of Artists. During the A.D. Meola's tour in Moscow they played at a session with the maestro, who highly appreciated the performance of the young duo. In 2009 the album "Far and Wide" was released. which was produced and mixed by famous Russian musician and producer Alexander Perfiliev.
