ALEKSEY BATYCHENKO A vivid representative of the smooth jazz and lounge style. The composer and performer's work can be characterized as "Night Music of the Big City." Aleksey's musical biography is striking for its wealth of famous names in Russian music. He is a solo performer and leader of the studio brass section "Studio-Transit," as well as one of the core musicians in Leonid Agutin's concert ensemble. Aleksey has recorded the vast majority of brass tracks with almost every figure in Russian show business: Sergey Zhilin (Phonograph Jazz Band), Philipp Kirkorov, Uma Turman, Andrey Gubin, Tatyana Ovsienko, Mikhail Shufutinsky, Alyona Ivantsova, Igor Krutoy, Anatoly Kroll (MKS Band). Batychenko also distinguished himself by participating in the "Leonid & Friends" project with tracks that exploded on the internet, garnering 5 million views in one week. Singles "MAMA" and "OBSESSION" were in rotation on Jazz 89.1 radio for a long time. His biography includes extensive work on soundtracks for Russian TV series and films such as "The Life That Never Was," "The Adventures of Notary Neglintsev," "A Short Course in a Happy Life," "The Timekeeper," "Pregnancy Test" (the piece "Lullaby"), and others.
