Hardballs is a Russian rock band at the crossroads of alternative, hard rock, metalcore, post-grunge, pop rock, and metal. Formed in 2012 around vocalist Evgeny Kolchin. The band’s signature is powerful vocals, heavy guitars, and high-energy shows. Releases include the debut album “Adrenalin” (2014, Metalism Records), the EP “Naverkhu” (2016), the album “Na tyomnoi storone menya” (2018), the EP “Begi” (2019), “Belyi shum” and the singles “Poslednii shans” and “Znayu” (2020–2021), and the English-language “White Noise” (2022). The band has performed at festivals such as Motomaloyaroslavets, Metro on Stage, Moto Family Days, and Taman, received airplay on Svoye Radio and Nashe Radio, and had videos on Nashe TV. Hardballs continues to tour and release new music.
