Stereopolina is a synthpop project by Karina Morgunova: songwriter, singer, and sound producer from Kazan. Her music draws on retrowave and red disco aesthetics. The singer has released several albums and EPs, numerous collaborations with various artists including German electropunks Die Selektion, and four music videos (two of which were nominated for the Berlin Music Video Awards). She has been interviewed by Esquire and has several vinyl releases. She has performed at festivals such as VK fest, Stereoleto, Motherland, Moscow Music Week, and XX Moscow Synthetic Snow Festival, and participated in a tribute dedicated to the band Kino. Her tracks have been featured in the series Playlist of a Volunteer, Food Block 2, and TNT shows, and she has also written a jingle for Yandex Market.
