“Composer Denis Yakovlev, now known under the pseudonym “Aviraj”, works in the typical manner of the late New Age period of the late 80s of the last century. No, the music, as it is, disposes to reflections, however, it is more intended for emotional rest, rather than some deep serious contemplation. For those who want to criticize the author for simplicity, I will tell you a story from the history of real domestic music: Alexander Nikolaevich Scriabin, our domestic composer, known for his most complex works, said: “Increasing the complexity of melody and harmony in a composition, sooner or later will lead to the fact that the composition will turn into a cacophony, from which the human brain - simply ceases to distinguish individual elements. Such music would simply lose any artistic value, and therefore, I am firmly convinced that music should have a certain “golden mean” that makes it accessible for perception by the absolute majority of people. This is exactly the kind of music Denis has. Very atmospheric, melodic, melodic and beautiful.
