The CloneOfYou

The history of The CloneOfYou group dates back to 2017, when ambitious musician Igor Gamarnik (former member of The Names, Countdown teams) decides to assemble an English-speaking hard-rock band. For the first year and a half of its existence, the band has been actively working on its songs, while simultaneously conducting active concert activities in rock clubs in the cities of the central region of Russia. In the period from 2018 to 2019, the band released three singles People Of Heaven, You're away and Rock'n'roll, the first of which has a music video. The song People Of Heaven is widely played on Russian and foreign radio airwaves, including radio stations in Canada, Armenia, and the United Kingdom. Despite the fact that all three singles were recorded with guest vocalist Yordi Matos from Gypsy Jack, the band has been performing with guitarist-vocalist Alejandro Delgado for a long time. In May 2019, there is a complete change in The CloneOfYou line-up, and vocalist Roman "Leon" Yakimov takes the place of Alejandro, who left for Gypsy Jack. The band is preparing a large concert program, which it will present in Yaroslavl. In 2020, guitarists Alexander Lim and Alexey Nechaev will join the band. In the updated line-up, with the participation of drummer Anton Selivanov, the team is recording the single "Underground Project 19", which has become the official soundtrack of the UP19 online concert project, which will be released in April 2020, and a little later the official video for this song will be released. The band's latest release, the single "Lost Paradise", like the previous four singles, was released by Moscow City Records and reached 9th place in the famous Top200 Rock streaming chart in September 2020. The band is releasing its first staged music video for this song, which is gaining more than 21,000 views on the video hosting site by September 2021. And in August, the single "When the Light is going out" was released, which on the first day of release reached 112 in the general Russian iTunes chart and 7th place among rock releases.
