My journey with Indian classical music began in 2007 in Varanasi, where I met my Guru, Pandit Shivnath Mishra, an eleventh- generation sitar virtuoso. He became my teacher, and I immersed myself in studying the art of the sitar. In my work, I balance a respect for classical tradition with experimentation, blending the sitar with folk, classical, and electronic instruments. I have performed at international festivals and collaborated with musicians worldwide, continuously exploring new sonic possibilities.
